Saratoga Farmers’ Market hosted a Youth Cook-Off at the market on Saturday, September 20th, produced in conjunction with the culinary arts program at the Myers Education Center of the WSWHE BOCES campus.
Students and professional chefs from the community cooked with seasonal items from the market, showing preparation techniques and offering samples of completed dishes.
