And since this Wednesday is National Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie Day (we're not making this up), get both these spring gems at the market and try your hand at some baking. Another week, another #MCM (Market Crush Monday)!

Another week, another #MCM (Market Crush Monday)! This week we talked to John from Dancing Ewe Farm. Dancing Ewe Farm is an authentic Tuscan-style farm in Granville bringing fresh cheeses and olive oil to the market.

1. What products do you bring to the market?
We bring ricotta cheese, pecorino riserva cheese, and olive oil. We are hoping to start bringing back our salumi [cured meats] soon as well!

2. What makes your products different?
We are dedicated to preserving the art, technique and culture of making Tuscan-style cheeses, salumi, and olive oil. We only use raw milk from our sheep, the best quality pigs - fed with our whey - and perfectly ripened olives. The cheeses and meats are crafted at our farm in Granville, while the olive oil is imported from our owner’s family farm in Tuscany.

3. Can customers pay a visit to your farm?
Yes! We love hosting dining events on the farm. We offer a unique Italy-inspired farm-to-table experience on weekends - you can buy tickets for a Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch and enjoy a bottle of wine per couple, a multi-course meal and a tour of the farm.
