Mark and Lindsey from Owl Wood Farm will conduct a presentation on growing from seed for the home gardener sharing successful tips and tricks.  This is an opportunity to ask your question to the experts about your home garden in the Q & A portion of the session.

Dehydrating Fruits & Vegetables: Equipment, Tips, & Tricks with Diane Whitten Wednesday, August 30th!!

On Wednesday, August 30, learn tips and techniques for getting quality dehydrated fruits and vegetables from Diane Whitten, Cornell Cooperative Extension Nutrition Educator and Certified Master Food Preserver. Diane’s information table will be open from 3-6 pm, with 15-30-minute presentations at 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00 pm to discuss types of dehydrators and the use of antioxidants to preserve color and nutrients. This workshop series is free and open to the public.
